The project Tour2Include – Migrants' Integration into Tourism-Related Professions aims to establish an innovative approach, with the intention of supporting low-skilled migrants who would like to work in the tourism sector to acquire the necessary formal and soft skills . Considering that, according to Eurostat, 7% of the total workforce in Tourism comes from third countries outside the EU (2016 data), the project focuses on targeted training opportunities that will offer better career prospects to migrants away from undeclared work and marginalization. The consortium consists of 6 partners from Germany, Greece and Italy and has a total budget of €218,495.00.
