The Labor Market Integration Programs project concerns the quick and efficient access of Third Country Nationals (TCNs) to the labor market of the host society (Cyprus). In particular, the project offers work orientation and training programs with the aim of facilitating the path of YTXs in finding a job in Cyprus. The main purpose of the project is to provide general and specialized training programs, personal career counseling and a sustainable mechanism that connects the graduates of the training programs with the local labor market.More than 1,300 third-country nationals have enrolled in FIRST STEP training programs since February 2019, with 300 of them receiving general vocational training. The consortium consists of 6 partners from Cyprus and Greece and has a maximum subsidy amount of €250,000.00.
