The programs include Consulting, Training and Certification actions, contributing to the development and strengthening of employees' skills and providing them with the necessary supplies for their personal and professional development.
The monitoring of the programs is carried out exclusively outside the working hours of the employees (2-3 times a week), mainly by the method of e-learning.
Beneficiaries will have the opportunity to be certified for the acquired skills, according to the ISO/IEC 17024 Standard, by an accredited body certifying the qualifications of persons by participating in certification exams completely free of charge. For those who do not succeed in obtaining the certification from the first examination, there is also the possibility of re-examination, without any financial burden.
