The Cooking Cultures – Migrants' Integration through culinary arts project aims to create an innovative approach to support low-skilled migrants to acquire the formal and soft skills required to work in the culinary sector. Based on the fact that a large number of migrants work in the culinary sector in the EU, as well as the growing interest in ethnic cuisines, the project focuses on targeted training opportunities, which will offer better career prospects for migrants away from undeclared work and exploitation · thereby promoting their sustainable integration into EU host societies. The consortium consists of 5 partners from Turkey, Greece and Austria and has a total budget of €167,960.00.
