General soft skills
- Self-confidence
- Ability to solve problems
- Good oral and written communication
- Time management and organizational capacity
Intercultural soft skills
- Understanding of the codes of conduct and manners generally accepted in different societies and environments
- Awareness of and respect for basic rights of individuals and groups (e.g. religions, gender equality etc.)
Tourism-related professional skills
- Good level of the local language
- Knowledge of the local territory
- Basic computer and digital skills
- Basic knowledge of main hygiene and alimentary norms
